We will make our best effort to produce a reasonable reproduction based on
the materials and/or design files provided. If you are not 100% satisfied with
your order please notify us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. We guarantee to remedy any errors we may have made by either correcting the error, reprinting
the order, or issuing a partial or whole refund.
This guarantee includes:
- Failure to produce a reasonable reproduction as determined by industry standards
and trade customs.
- Errors result in the inability to use the product for its intended purpose.
- Errors that clearly result in a reduction of effectiveness of the product.
This guarantee does not include:
- Errors made by the client or their representatives.
- Errors due to improper formatting of provided files.
- Poor Quality Product due to low resolution images provided by the client.
- Errors that were approved on the proof.
- Errors or Delays after the Postal Service has accepted the mailing.
- This guarantee does not supersede our standard terms and conditions.
